Although this thread wad devoted to Ramadan initially, instead of creating a new one, I will inshaAllah post the moonsighting for this month here.
The crescent was not sighted in Adelaide, nor in any other city in Australia last night (29th DhulHijjah) and therefore the 1st of Muharram is on the 1st of February, that is tonight after maghrib inshaAllah. Slightly early, but Happy New Hijri Year to everyone. May Allah swt help us purify our heart of its vices and strengthen in it the love of Him. Hope this new year brings true success to everyone.
